Salt and Mantra Yoga classes are a powerful combination of functional movement and modern Yoga asana. In our classes, you’re encouraged to deeply connect to your body - building strength and mobility for your surfing and general wellbeing and developing a deep awareness of your inner landscape.
Our aim is to help you move through your days with ease and confidence, mindful quietness and a sense of movement quality.

Weekly Classes are held every at Secret Harbour Surf Club
OUR TEACHERS:
Leigh is Co-Director of Salt and Mantra, delivering regular local classes, private sessions, wellbeing events, corporate programs, retreats and Yoga in schools. Leigh has over 350 hours of Yoga teacher training and a background in Dance in Education, training in massage therapy and Anatomy Trains in Motion (a body-mind practice with an elaborate fascia-focused technique for structural integration).
We are also blessed to have a number of highly respected local teachers support us in our Yoga programs.
We regularly collaborate with other Yoga Schools and teachers to provide workshops and term based programs for schools including All Saints, Corpus Christi and Tranby College.
We can also create customised SURF AND YOGA experiences for yourself and your friends.
*Our local private sessions are for people who are wanting to build their confidence before joining studio classes, or who are working with injury or illness and mental health challenges. These classes are very personalised and customised to your own specific needs. We work together to create body awareness and a Yoga practice that enhances your daily living. These are available for single person or small group settings in the comfort of your own home.
